STANDARDS and PROCEDURES

GENERAL

December 5, 2000

The Association shall establish and maintain recommended standards and procedures governing the various aspects of the Association. These shall include, but not be limited to, the following categories:


 A.   Administration
B.   Membership
C.   Association Room
C.   Events
D.   Operations
E.   Layout

  1. Association Standards and Procedures for the various functions of the Association shall be:

    1. Proposed by an individual member or the Executive Committee.
    2. Submitted in writing to the Executive Committee. Upon approval of the Executive Committee the proposal shall be posted for no less than four (4) weeks. It shall then be voted upon at the next business meeting.
    3. A simple majority of the voting members present is required to adopt the Standard, Procedure or amendment there of.

  2. The official Standards and Procedure documents shall be maintained by the Executive Committee. An updated copy shall remain available to all Association members within the Association room.

  3. All members are expected to familiarize themselves with the Club's Standards and Procedure and conduct themselves in their accord. Failure to comply may result in censure, restriction, special assessment or expulsion from the Club when so voted at a regular business meeting by two-thirds (2/3) vote of the voting members present.
